I helped shape the brand voice of this high-growth SaaS startup to align with its future vision. Created customer-facing messaging across multiple channels including digital, out-of-home advertising, and national radio spots. My favorite challenge with working with technical products like Apple device management and security is to craft approachable and concise copy to convey the benefits without getting lost in the weeds. With a brand like Kandji, it was a blast bringing a bit of sexiness and fun to the traditionally dry copy found in the IT and InfoSec industry.

The first major piece of evolving the Kandji brand was revamping the website experience from the ground up. I took a more humanistic and digestible approach where once was long, overly technical, feature-based copy. The bold visual evolution of the brand needed a confident (not cocky) tone to match, which really got to shine in the headlines and headings.
