Led the copy direction for Clearlink’s internal and external communications, including defining voice, tone, and usage. Guided production of a wide variety of internal and external communications. Under direction from the VP of Brand & Strategic Marketing, provided comprehensive brand direction guidelines. Supported Account Based Marketing and Business Development teams with strategic content creation to drive B2B lead generation. Winner of the Employee Impact Award, 2018.

As the brand copy director, I led a team of writers and editors to define Clearlink’s brand position in the marketplace, produce thought leadership and sales enablement content, and craft engaging social media campaigns.

Clearlink Blog

Created an editorial calendar and worked with my team to produce regular content for the Clearlink blog. Stories included industry-specific content, thought leadership pieces, and internal communications.

Employee Spotlight Video Scripts

Clearlink prides itself on its culture, and part of promoting that was featuring different employees’ hobbies and passions in short videos. These were incredibly fun to write and produce, as each story took on its own aesthetic as the script came together. I worked in collaboration with my team’s videographer to make them come to life.

Wrote copy for the rebranded Clearlink website. Articulated the new brand narrative and supported it with pages outlining the company’s services and solutions. I collaborated with the executive suite, our design department, SEOs, and sales leaders to craft copy that would increase visibility and inbound leads for the brand.

Inclusion and diversity program

Working in concert with the human resources to craft the tagline and purpose statement for Clearlink’s inclusion and diversity initiative. With input from employee resource groups, I was able to articulate the company’s vision for a workplace where everyone was free to bring their whole selves to the office and thrive. This was one of the most fulfilling projects I was tasked with during my time at Clearlink.
